TOMS RIVER, NJ – Former High School East student-athlete and current financial executive Evan Desaulniers returned to his alma mater Friday with a gift that will directly impact students in need. Desaulniers donated $1,000 to reduce cafeteria meal debt and another $750 to support the school’s mentorship program.

Desaulniers, who said he simply wanted to do the right thing, was greeted by Food Services Director Jeff Hanaway, Assistant Principal Stephanie Hines, and mentorship program coordinator Doug Trumble. The trio thanked him for his generosity and commitment to giving back to the Raider community.

The contribution ensures that more students can enjoy meals and mentorship opportunities this holiday season, reinforcing a lasting bond between Desaulniers and the school that helped shape his path.
