Freehold, NJ – A fresh mix of retail, entertainment, and wellness destinations is arriving at Freehold Raceway Mall this fall, as the shopping center unveils a series of new openings, expansions, and brand transformations aimed at enhancing the visitor experience for all ages.

Leading the lineup is the much-anticipated rebranding of Finish Line into JD Sports, a global athletic retailer known for offering exclusive sneaker drops and top-tier brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, and New Balance. Scheduled to open in late 2025, the expanded store will blend performance and lifestyle fashion with a wider product assortment for men, women, and kids, giving sneaker fans a new reason to visit.

Adding to the mall’s family-friendly appeal, Kids Empire is set to open in early 2026 in a large new space next to Primark. The indoor playground will span more than 15,000 square feet, offering slides, climbing structures, interactive games, and designated areas for birthday parties, school field trips, and group outings. With a colorful and safe environment, Kids Empire provides year-round fun for children of all ages.

Chocolate lovers can look forward to the opening of Läderach, a premium Swiss chocolatier set to debut in late September on the upper level at Center Court. Known for its handcrafted pralines, truffles, and iconic FrischSchoggi (fresh chocolate), Läderach controls its entire production process in Switzerland, from cocoa bean to finished product, ensuring unmatched quality and freshness.

For those seeking relaxation, Qi Balance Spa will open this fall on the lower level near Dave & Buster’s, offering a variety of massage services including Swedish, deep-tissue, and hot stone therapies. The spa aims to create a tranquil environment where guests can unwind, de-stress, and focus on their well-being.

Several other stores have also recently launched or undergone upgrades. Victoria’s Secret and PINK now feature an expanded layout and modernized design. J.Crew Factory has opened with a wide selection of timeless fashion at outlet pricing. Francesca’s returns to the mall with its signature mix of women’s clothing, gifts, and accessories.
