WHITEHALL TOWNSHIP, PA – Someone who bought a Pennsylvania Lottery ticket at a Lehigh County GIANT is sitting on a $625,000 jackpot after matching all five numbers in Sunday’s Cash 5 with Quick Cash drawing.
The winning numbers were 9, 11, 13, 26 and 38.
The jackpot-winning ticket was sold at GIANT, located at 2641 MacArthur Road in Whitehall Township, according to the Pennsylvania Lottery.
The ticket matched all five balls drawn to win the $625,000 jackpot, before applicable tax withholding.
GIANT will receive a $5,000 retailer bonus for selling the winning ticket.
The identity of the winner remains unknown because Pennsylvania Lottery officials can identify winners only after a prize is claimed and the ticket is validated.
The jackpot winner has one year from Sunday’s drawing date to claim the main Cash 5 prize.
Lottery officials are advising the person holding the jackpot-winning ticket to contact the nearest Pennsylvania Lottery office or call 1-800-692-7481 for instructions on claiming the prize.
The jackpot was not the only money won in Sunday’s drawing.
More than 12,700 additional Cash 5 with Quick Cash tickets won prizes at other levels, according to the Lottery.
