Brooklyn, NY – The New York City Police Department is searching for an unidentified suspect wanted in connection with a shooting that left a 23-year-old man injured Monday evening in the Crown Heights area of Brooklyn.
According to the NYPD, the shooting occurred at approximately 7:50 p.m. Monday in front of 1620 Pacific Street, within the confines of the 77th Precinct. Authorities said the suspect discharged a firearm, striking the victim in the left thigh.
Investigation underway
The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the left thigh. Police did not immediately release information about his condition or whether he was transported to a hospital for treatment.
