Planet Fitness members return from workout to discover thieves cleaned out their lockers
STAFFORD, Va. — A morning workout at Planet Fitness ended in frustration for multiple gym-goers after thieves allegedly stole car keys and wallets from lockers inside the Stafford Marketplace fitness center.
Deputy Sullivan responded around 7:42 a.m. Thursday to investigate the reported larceny at the gym located near the 1455 block of Stafford Marketplace, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.
Victims told deputies their car keys and wallets had been stolen from lockers while they were inside the gym.
Authorities said the victims’ vehicles were not damaged or stolen at the time of the report.
