Highlands hosts 6th annual howl-o-ween event for dogs and owners

HIGHLANDS, NJ — Seafarer will hold its 6th annual Howl-O-Ween event, a free costume contest for dogs and their human companions. The contest includes prizes for scariest, most original, and funniest costumes.
