Howard County Police Arrest Suspect for Indecent Exposure in Ellicott City

HOWARD COUNTY, MD – On January 2, Howard County Police apprehended 31-year-old Timothy Brown for alleged indecent exposure. The incident occurred outside the Rite Aid located in the 8600 block of Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City. The victim involved was an adult female.

Investigations suggest that Brown may have been involved in similar offenses along Baltimore National Pike, particularly outside the Giant and Sprouts stores, and potentially other nearby locations since at least September. Brown is described as a Black male with long dreadlocks and was seen driving a black Nissan Altima with Virginia license plates.
