LEAGUE CITY, TX – A human skeleton was found in a field being cleared for new construction, League City Police said. The remains have not yet been identified.
League City Police Department is conducting an investigation in the 5700 block of McFarland Road. Around 5:20 p.m., a citizen found skeletal remains in a field south of the Westover Park Subdivision. The partially wooded field has been recently cleared for home construction. Investigators along with evidence technicians are searching the area. At this time, no identification has been made.
