OCEAN COUNTY, N.J. — Rigoberto Ramirez, 34, was booked into custody in Ocean County on December 6, 2024, following charges of assault, resisting arrest, and violent behavior, according to jail records.

Ramirez, who also uses the aliases Ismael Ramirez and Ismael Ramirez-Moranchel, faces multiple charges under New Jersey law, including aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest by violence.

Court documents indicate that Ramirez was detained on an open cash bond of $250 in one case and is being held without bail in another, stemming from incidents involving violent behavior and simple assault requiring first aid.

Additionally, Ramirez has a detainer issued by U.S. Immigration authorities, indicating potential immigration-related proceedings.

His legal proceedings remain ongoing, and his projected release date has not been determined.
