The application, filed by WB Ocean 26, LLC, concerns property located at 1020 Farmingdale Road—identified as Block 1102, Lot 24.02—and was originally approved in 2023. The applicant, represented by attorney Donna M. Jennings of the law firm Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, is seeking to extend the project’s construction timeline for an additional year.
According to planning documents, the 7.73-acre property sits within Jackson’s R5 residential zone. Plans call for the development of three separate high school buildings along with supporting site improvements. Engineering services for the project are being provided by Newlines Land Consultants.
The Planning Board has scheduled the matter for initial testimony, with the application deemed complete on December 3, 2025. The extension, if granted, would allow the developer additional time to meet conditions of approval and begin construction.
