Jackson Spray Park Officially Opens 7 Days A Week Today

The Jackson Spray Park, a popular local destination for families, officially opened its gates on May 25 for weekend access and is set to offer daily operations starting June 22.

The park, currently open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., will extend its hours to seven days a week through September 2.

“The recreation department has been working tirelessly to ensure that our parks are all ready for the summer season, ” said Mayor Reina. We are excited for the start of the summer season and all that it offers.”

The spray park features a unique sensor-activated system, which begins operating as visitors walk past a red fire hydrant, adding an interactive element to the experience.

Designed primarily for children 12 years and under, the park always requires adult supervision to ensure safety and adherence to established rules.

“The Jackson spray park is a great way for young families to cool off on hot summer days,” said Councilman Mordechai Burnstein. Young children love our spray park, and I encourage everyone to take advantage of it.”

Jackson Township has taken measures to ensure the spray park remains a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all. It emphasizes the importance of following the rules for the community’s benefit. For emergencies or to report violations, guests are directed to contact the local Department of Recreation.
