Jackson Township Mayor to deliver children’s letters to Santa

JACKSON, N.J. — Mayor Michael Reina has continued his annual tradition of personally delivering letters to Santa Claus, giving children in Jackson Township a chance to connect with the North Pole just in time for Christmas.

To ensure Santa has ample time to respond, all letters had to be submitted to the Mayor’s office by Friday, December 6, 2024. The letters, addressed to “Santa Claus c/o Mayor Michael Reina,” included the child’s full name, age, and address to ensure responses could be sent before Christmas.

“This special tradition brings so much joy to our community’s children,” the Mayor’s office stated, emphasizing the importance of clear and legible submissions.

The Mayor is scheduled to meet with Santa and hand-deliver the letters as part of his ongoing commitment to fostering holiday cheer in Jackson Township.
