JERSEY CITY, N.J. — A man has been sentenced to 18 years in state prison for fatally stabbing another man at a Light Rail station in 2022, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez announced.

Anthony Bell, 40, was sentenced on February 21 by Judge Nesle Rodriguez after pleading guilty to aggravated manslaughter in September 2024. Under the No Early Release Act, he must serve 85% of his sentence before becoming eligible for parole.
