Jersey Shore BBQ is closing the doors at its original Belmar location

BELMAR, NJ – The owners of Jersey Shore BBQ, Dana and Doug Walsh have announced that they are closing their Belmar restaurant after ten years in operation.

“It is with a heavy heart yet sound conscience that we announce the closing of our Belmar location. We opened in Belmar in 2010 and have endured this pandemic, lived and cried with y’all during and after Sandy, and met some of the finest and most loyal customers that any small business could ask for,” the Walshes said. “We’re so thankful to you, our amazing customers, for the 10+ years of support in Belmar.”

Jersey Shore BBQ is one of the top BBQ joints at the Jersey Shore and luckily, they are gone in Belmar, but still maintain restaurants in Point Pleasant Beach and East Brunswick.

“We will be relocating this store to Point Beach where the town has welcomed us and we can continue to thrive plating the best BBQ we can put out every single day. We have served tens of thousands of customers and will not change but continue to evolve to be the best restaurant and caterer possible,” the owners said. “We will be closing the Belmar doors at 5:00 pm tomorrow. Thank you for being part of this, and we’ll see you up in EB or down in Point Beach.”
