Man, 54, fatally stabbed inside Bronx apartment; NYPD investigating

BRONX, NY — A 54-year-old man was fatally stabbed Monday evening inside his Bronx home, police said.

Officers from the 45th Precinct responded to a 911 call around 7:03 p.m. reporting a stabbing at 2363 Lyon Avenue. Upon arrival, police found the victim, identified as Craeg Robinson, with a stab wound to the torso.

Emergency Medical Services transported Robinson to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, where he was pronounced dead.

The incident took place within the confines of the Castle Hill section of the Bronx. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing, according to police.

Authorities have not released details about a suspect or possible motive.
