Man accused of exposing child to cocaine after 8-year-old tests positive
NEW KENSINGTON, Pa. — A Westmoreland County man is facing charges after an 8-year-old child tested positive for cocaine and methadone, according to investigators.
Authorities said Al-Don Pryor, 38, of New Kensington, has been charged with endangering the welfare of children in connection with the October 2025 incident.
The case began after a ChildLine report was filed by the Westmoreland County Children’s Bureau when the child tested positive for the substances.
Detectives determined the child had been in Pryor’s care the weekend before the positive test results.
