HANOVER TOWNSHIP, PA — A 43-year-old man was arrested Monday night after allegedly threatening two men with a knife at a business on Academy Street, following a dispute over money.

Police responded to the scene at approximately 8:30 p.m. after two men, aged 19 and 20, reported being threatened by the defendant, identified as Justin Yourglivch of Hanover Township. According to the victims, the incident began when Yourglivch approached them inside the business and asked for money, which they refused to provide.

After initially leaving, Yourglivch allegedly returned to the business armed with a knife. The victims stated he confronted them, saying, “I will stab every one of you,” before advancing toward them. One of the victims used Ray-Ban Meta glasses to record the encounter.

The victims fled the business and called 911. Police apprehended Yourglivch shortly afterward. During a search incident to his arrest, officers reportedly found drug paraphernalia and suspected narcotics in his possession.

Yourglivch was transported to City Headquarters for processing and arraignment.
