Towson, MD – A 43-year-old man was killed in an early morning shooting Thursday in Towson, prompting a homicide investigation by Baltimore County Police. Officers responding to the scene found the victim with a gunshot wound before he was later pronounced dead at a hospital.

The shooting occurred around 5:25 a.m. in the 8300 block of Scotts Level Road, according to police. When officers arrived, they located Tyrone Luster suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
