Baltimore, MD – A man was gunned down in the middle of the day Sunday in Northwest Baltimore, prompting a homicide investigation after officers discovered him unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds.

The shooting occurred just before 2 p.m. on November 23 in the 3200 block of Chelsea Terrace. Northwest District patrol officers arrived on the scene to find the victim, an adult male, suffering from apparent gunshot injuries.

Medics rushed the man to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. His identity has not yet been released.

Homicide detectives have taken over the case and are urging anyone with information to contact investigators directly or submit anonymous tips through Metro Crime Stoppers. No suspects have been identified and no motive has been disclosed.
