New York, NY – A woman waiting at a Harlem bus stop on Wednesday, October 29 was approached by an unidentified man who touched her over her clothing.

The incident occurred at the M116 stop at Frederick Douglass Boulevard and West 116 Street at approximately 1505 hours.

The man boarded an eastbound M116 bus immediately after the contact and exited at East 116 Street and Madison Avenue.
