Prince William County investigators seek witnesses as fatal collision probe continues.
Woodbridge, Virginia — A 41-year-old Manassas man was killed Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on Harbor Drive, prompting an ongoing investigation by the Prince William County Police Department.
The collision occurred at approximately 2:29 p.m. near the intersection of Harbor Drive and a private road across from 12730 Harbor Drive, according to police. Investigators said a 2014 Hyundai Sonata entered Harbor Drive from the private road and was struck by a southbound 2018 Dodge Durango.
Victim identified, second driver injured
The driver of the Hyundai was identified as Joseph Franklin Ledoux, 41, of Manassas. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Dodge Durango, a 25-year-old man from Woodbridge, sustained non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Crash under investigation
Authorities have not yet determined the cause of the crash. Investigators are continuing to review the circumstances surrounding the collision, including how the vehicles came into contact.
