BALTIMORE, MD — A 24-year-old man arrived at a local hospital Tuesday afternoon with a gunshot wound to the leg, prompting police to launch a shooting investigation tied to an incident on Grace Court in the city’s Southern District.

Officers responded around 2:16 p.m. to the 4100 block of Grace Court following a report of gunfire. Shortly after, the victim appeared at a nearby hospital seeking treatment for his injury. He was listed in stable condition.

Investigators believe the man was shot at the Grace Court location before managing to leave the scene and get himself to medical care. Details about the circumstances of the shooting, possible suspects, or a motive have not been released.
