BALTIMORE, Md. — A 22-year-old man arrived at a local hospital Tuesday night with a gunshot wound, prompting an investigation by Central District detectives after the shooting location could not be immediately determined.

The victim was brought to the hospital by a citizen around 10:16 p.m. on June 17. Police were notified at approximately 12:30 a.m. Wednesday and responded to begin an investigation.

Officers found the victim suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Details about the circumstances of the shooting remain unclear.

Investigators are working to identify a crime scene and determine what led to the shooting.
