The shooting occurred around 11:37 p.m. Wednesday in the 5900 block of Belair Road. Officers responding to reports of gunfire arrived to find the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported by medics to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
