WASHINGTON, DC – A 25-year-old man was killed in a stabbing Sunday evening in an alley behind the 1700 block of Columbia Road in Northwest Washington.
Officers from the Third District responded to the scene at approximately 5:31 p.m. after receiving a report of a stabbing. They found Malik Lee of Takoma Park, Maryland, conscious but suffering from multiple stab wounds.
DC Fire and EMS transported Lee to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries despite lifesaving efforts.
The Metropolitan Police Department is asking anyone with information regarding the homicide to contact them at (202) 727-9099 or text tips to 50411. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in this case.
