BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A man was shot numerous times in Baltimore late Saturday morning. He did not survive.
Officers responded to the shooting on Saturday at the 1000 block of Ashburton Street around 11:02 a.m. An unidentified male victim was found with multiple life-threatening gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased on the scene by medical personnel.
The case took a twist when officers received a tip that a possible suspect had fled on foot and entered a residence on the 2700 block of Mosher Street. No suspect was located despite deploying a SWAT Team to clear the residence. Homicide detectives have taken over the case.
