MANASSAS, VA – A domestic dispute escalated into an abduction incident in Manassas, leading to the arrest of 33-year-old Federico Dominguez. The incident occurred on May 12 at approximately 8:59 PM at a residence on Community Drive.

During the altercation, Dominguez reportedly engaged in a verbal dispute with a 31-year-old female family member, which escalated when he physically prevented her from leaving the room.
