Man from New Mexico arrested for public intoxication after stumbling through Wendy’s lot

STAFFORD, VA – A 66-year-old man was arrested late Friday night after reportedly bumping into cars in a Wendy’s parking lot while visibly intoxicated.

Deputy C. A. Osborne arrived at the Wendy’s at 145 Garrisonville Road around 11:17 p.m. and found the suspect, later identified as Dennis Sykes of Las Cruces, New Mexico, staggering through the lot.
