MANSFIELD, Ohio — A lucky player walked away with a $20,000 prize after playing the Ohio Lottery’s “Pot O’ Gold Bingo” Tap game at VFW Post #3494 in Mansfield this week.
The winner claimed the prize at the Lottery’s Lorain regional office and will receive approximately $14,400 after state and federal tax withholdings.
The winning ticket was played at VFW #3494, located at 853 Ashland Road in Mansfield. “Pot O’ Gold Bingo” is one of the Ohio Lottery’s Tap-style games offered at licensed fraternal and veterans’ organizations.
Since 1974, the Ohio Lottery has contributed over $33 billion to public education across the state.
