SCOTTSDALE, AZ – P.F. Chang’s announced the appointment of Holly Smith as chief marketing officer, tasking the restaurant brand with strengthening guest engagement and expanding its market presence as competition intensifies across casual dining.
Smith will report directly to Chief Executive Officer and President Jim Mazany and will lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy, overseeing brand positioning, digital initiatives, and customer engagement efforts across channels.
The company said Smith will focus on connecting with diverse audiences through data-informed marketing, integrated campaigns, and storytelling designed to support long-term growth and enhance the guest experience.
