TOMS RIVER, N.J. – Evaristo Santiago, 46, was booked into the Ocean County Jail Saturday on drug-related charges, according to county jail records.
The Aug. 22 booking lists charges under N.J.S.A. 2C:35-10A(1) for possession of a Schedule I, II, III or IV controlled dangerous substance and N.J.S.A. 2C:36-2 for a drug paraphernalia offense.
