GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, N.J. – Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 69-year-old Mary A. Jones, a Gloucester Township resident who disappeared in early October and has not been seen or heard from since traveling overseas late last year.
According to a statement from the Gloucester Township Police Department, Jones was reported missing on October 28 after family members lost contact with her on October 3. Investigators later determined she had traveled to Guyana and was expected to return home during the week of January 12, 2026, but never did. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
Jones is described as a Black female, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing around 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Police said it is unclear what clothing she was wearing when she disappeared.
Authorities continue to investigate and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
