New jersey cop arrested for multiple innapropriate acts with children in public spaces

A Piscataway police officer has been arrested and charged with multiple offenses involving inappropriate conduct toward minors in public spaces, according to official records.

Wesley Kliwinski, 37, of Hamilton, was taken into custody on Thursday and charged with third-degree endangering the welfare of a child by engaging in sexual conduct, fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, and harassment. Kliwinski is a sworn officer with the Piscataway Police Department and is also noted to have prior military service and academic distinctions.

According to the charges, Kliwinski is accused of following young girls around stores while visibly aroused.

Specific locations and dates of the alleged incidents have not been publicly disclosed. Authorities have not released further details on the investigation or whether additional victims may be involved.
