New Jersey veteran based hockey team seeking new members

TOMS RIVER, NJ – The New Jersey Warriors ice hockey team, made up of military veterans, is inviting veterans to come out to a public skate as they seek to recruit more team members.


New Jersey Warriors Hockey is seeking out veterans in the New Jersey area to join their team. The organization will be hosting a free open skate event at the Winding River Skating Center in Toms River, NJ on Saturday, May 13th, starting at 12:15 PM.

The event is open to all veterans who are interested in joining the team, providing an opportunity to meet with coaches, players, and other team members. Those who attend will also be able to get a feel for what it’s like to play on the team.
