Ocean County convenience store hands out massive lottery prize

TRENTON, NJ – A Quick Draw ticket sold in Barnegat hit for 20 percent of the progressive jackpot, awarding one lucky New Jersey Lottery player $144,572 in the July 29 drawing.

The $2 ticket was purchased at Pick It Plus, located at 886 W Bay Avenue, Suite 1, in Barnegat. As of Tuesday, the Quick Draw progressive jackpot is estimated at more than $579,000.

Quick Draw’s progressive jackpot allows players to win a percentage of the rolling prize pool based on their wager. Matching all nine “Your Jackpot Numbers” wins between 10 and 100 percent of the jackpot, with a $1 wager worth 10 percent and a $10 wager or more earning the full jackpot.

More information on Quick Draw Progressive games and jackpots can be found on the New Jersey Lottery website.
