TOMS RIVER, NJ –  Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Lt. Colleen Lynch deals with the worst crimes in Ocean County and she’s been doing a great job of it.
Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer congratulates OCPO Lieutenant Colleen Lynch on her promotion to Captain! Captain Lynch began her career at OCPO as an agent in 1998. She has spent the majority of her career dealing with investigations of Sexual Assault and Child Abuse. Captain Lynch currently oversees the Special Victims Unit, Megan’s Law Squad, Domestic Violence Weapons and Animal Cruelty Squad and the Juvenile Unit. She is the first female Captain in the history of OCPO to serve in an investigative role.
