Peeping Tom suspect nabbed in predawn Towson police operation

Predawn arrest rattles quiet Rodgers Forge neighborhood

TOWSON, MD — A man accused in an ongoing “Peeping Tom” investigation was arrested early Friday morning after Baltimore County detectives and the department’s aviation unit tracked him down near homes in Rodgers Forge, police said.

Baltimore County Police announced that detectives assigned to Precinct 6-Towson, assisted by the department’s Aviation Team, took 55-year-old Andrade Robinson into custody around 4 a.m.

Investigators said Robinson was located near a residence in the Rodgers Forge area during the predawn operation.

Authorities have not yet released additional details about the incidents connected to the investigation.

Robinson is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond.

Police said the investigation remains ongoing.
