Teen robbery suspect vanishes after Northeast DC street holdup
WASHINGTON, DC — Police are searching for a teenage robbery suspect after an incident unfolded Wednesday afternoon in Northeast DC, according to a Metropolitan Police Department crime alert.
MPD units responded around 4:49 p.m. May 7 to the 5200 block of Foote Street Northeast for reports of a robbery.
Authorities said investigators are looking for a Black male described as dark-skinned and approximately 15 years old.
Police said the suspect was last seen wearing black pants, a black hoodie and black tennis shoes.
No additional details about the robbery were immediately released.
MPD advised the public not to approach the suspect and to immediately call 911 with any sightings or information.
