HARRISBURG, PA — A 27-year-old Allegheny County man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a 15-year-old Oakdale girl who fatally overdosed on fentanyl he allegedly supplied in exchange for sexual conduct.
Attorney General Dave Sunday announced Tuesday that Shakeirs Foster was taken into custody at his place of employment following a joint investigation by the Office of Attorney General, North Fayette Police Department, and the 51st Statewide Investigating Grand Jury.

“This is a tragedy beyond words,” said Attorney General Sunday. “This loss of life was directly caused by a predatory drug dealer who targeted a vulnerable child.”
