Trenton, NJ – Governor Phil Murphy has officially announced the appointment of Brianna Earle as Deputy Chief of Staff for Outreach. Earle, who has been serving as Acting Deputy Chief of Staff for Outreach since June 2022, will continue to foster relationships between the Governor’s Office and various entities, including labor unions, advocacy groups, houses of worship, and community leaders throughout New Jersey.
Governor Murphy expressed his confidence in Earle’s abilities, stating, “Brianna has been an invaluable member of my Administration from the very beginning. Her efforts in building meaningful connections across the state have played a significant role in our success.
Whether working with faith leaders, community advocates, or labor unions, Brianna approaches her role with empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding. I am eager to see her continued achievements as she strives to enhance affordability and opportunities for all New Jersey residents.”
Responding to her appointment, Deputy Chief of Staff for Outreach Brianna Earle expressed gratitude for the opportunity and her commitment to serving the Murphy Administration and the people of New Jersey.

I am privileged to work with the diverse communities that make up our state, ensuring that their voices are heard in government. Raised in New Jersey, Earle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy and Labor Relations with honors from Rutgers University. Her deep roots in the state have further fueled her commitment to public service and advancing the interests of New Jersey residents.
