PHILADELPHIA, PA – On January 15, 2022, at approximately 4:20 PM, a shooting incident occurred in the 1600 block of South 28th. Street. The suspect(s) pulled up in a blue Honda Civic, fired several gunshots striking the victim and multiple parked vehicles. The suspect(s) then sped away. The driver (suspect) was captured on surveillance video.
