The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Jasih (Sih) Richardson.
Jasih was last seen by his mother at a relative’s residence in the 8xx block of North 41st Street on Friday, January 9, 2026, at approximately 8:25 PM.
He is 13 years old, stands 4’0” tall, weighs approximately 100 pounds, and has a very thin build. At the time he was last seen, Jasih was wearing a blue sweatshirt with a Richard Allen logo, a white button-up shirt, blue pants, and black New Balance shoes.
He is known to frequent the areas of 58th Street and Chancellor Street, as well as 59th Street and Elmwood Avenue near the PAL Center.
