Located at 1211 Whitesville Road, the rink will be open daily for public sessions, with hours alternating between morning, midday, and afternoon slots to accommodate local hockey programs and community events. Public skating times generally range from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and on select days, extended sessions from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The rink, home to the Toms River Regional School District High School Hockey Team and the Toms River Blackhawks Youth Hockey Club, remains one of Ocean County’s most popular family recreation spots. Township officials encourage visitors to check the rink’s calendar regularly as times may vary due to team practices and special events.
