BROOKLYN, N.Y. — The New York City Police Department is requesting the public’s help identifying a man wanted in connection with a robbery pattern spanning four Brooklyn precincts and involving six incidents between April 7 and May 1.

According to authorities, the unidentified male suspect is connected to a string of robberies in the 67th, 70th, 77th, and 79th precincts. Victims, ranging in age from 29 to 85, reported that the individual targeted them for cash or personal belongings, often by approaching from behind or grabbing items directly from their hands.

In the first reported case on April 7, a 71-year-old woman was pushed and had her pocketbook stolen from her vehicle near Church Avenue and East 32nd Street. The suspect fled on foot. No injuries were reported.

Three additional robberies were reported on May 1, including the theft of $340 from a 53-year-old woman inside a Flatbush Avenue establishment and a stolen backpack from a 29-year-old woman at a Fulton Street department store.
