PRINCETON, NJ – The Firefly Festival invites families to embrace the enchanting glow of summer on Sunday, June 30th, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at 330 Cold Soil Road. This free event celebrates nature with an evening of music, delectable food, and outdoor activities.
Visitors can engage in craft activities to create their own wings and antennas for a nominal charge of $7.00, enhancing the magical atmosphere. Live music sets the stage as attendees await the appearance of fireflies, with pony rides available throughout the evening and a barnyard fun play area welcoming evening play. Lolly Hopwood will entertain young festival-goers with interactive performances, encouraging singing, dancing, and play.
Pam’s Firefly Tent will offer a range of delicious treats including grilled chicken, hot dogs, pie, apple cider, donuts, cookies, and apples. Adults can also enjoy Terhune’s own wine, available for sampling or purchase by the glass in the wine orchard, providing a delightful complement to the evening’s festivities.
