Man jailed with no bond after probation violation arrest in Maryland

CUMBERLAND, MD — A Maryland man is being held without bond after police arrested him on a probation violation warrant, authorities said.

William Joseph Dibuono, 57, of Lonaconing, was taken into custody on March 21 by the Cumberland Police Department.

The arrest stemmed from a bench warrant issued on March 17 by Allegany County District Court, alleging he violated conditions tied to a prior controlled dangerous substance conviction.

Dibuono was brought before a district court commissioner for an initial appearance and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center.
