Ravens fan in D.C. area wins $200K on scratch-off ticket

D.C. area woman wins $200000 on Ravens X10 scratch-off ticket

Accokeek, MD — A District Heights woman who proudly cheers for the Baltimore Ravens — not the local Washington Commanders — just scored a $200,000 win on a Maryland Lottery Ravens X10 scratch-off ticket.

The loyal Ravens fan purchased the winning ticket at Keller’s Market, located at 15624 Livingston Road in Accokeek. The store receives a $1,000 bonus for selling the top-prize ticket.

Though her favorite NFL team’s season has wrapped up, the winner’s excitement was in full gear as she claimed her prize on Tuesday. She previously won $10,000 on a scratch-off ticket several years ago, but this latest win is 20 times larger.

“I’m going to take my family on a cruise and I’m going to save the rest,” she said, smiling while declining to elaborate further on her football loyalties other than confirming, “No Commanders.”

The $5 Ravens X10 ticket, launched as part of a partnership with the Baltimore Ravens, still has one remaining $200,000 top prize available, along with thousands of other cash prizes ranging from $10 to $50,000.

The Maryland Lottery reminds players that all scratch-off prizes must be claimed within 182 days of the game’s announced end date.
