Pennsylvania Lottery ticket turns into six-figure payday in Ridley

Pennsylvania Lottery ticket sold in Delaware County hits for over $159K

Ridley Township, PA — One lucky Pennsylvania Lottery player is holding a Fast Play ticket worth $159,272 after hitting the progressive top prize in the Win Pigs Fly game, officials announced Friday.

The winning ticket was sold on January 8 at Alfredo’s Ristorante, Inc., located at 4 Kedron Avenue in Ridley Township. The retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling the top-prize ticket.

Win Pigs Fly is a $10 Fast Play game that features progressive top prizes starting at $150,000. Unlike traditional scratch-offs or draw games, Fast Play tickets print instantly from lottery terminals or self-service machines, and players can immediately see if they’ve won by reviewing the ticket or scanning it at a lottery location.

The winner’s identity has not been released, as all tickets must be validated before winners are confirmed. The Pennsylvania Lottery urges the ticket holder to sign the back of the ticket and contact Lottery officials.

Fast Play prizes must be claimed within one year of purchase, and winnings over $5,000 are subject to standard tax withholdings.
