New York driver charged after late-night patrol finds impairment and controlled substance
Wall Township, NJ – Sunday, May 31, 2026 – A 31-year-old New York man was arrested after a traffic stop on State Highway 138 at 1:56 AM for driving while intoxicated and possession of a prescription legend drug.
Patrolman Clint Forgach conducted the stop and identified Peter McCall. Officers determined impairment and discovered the prescription medication during the investigation.
He was charged on summonses and released under John’s Law.
