Middle Township, NJ – A section of U.S. Route 9 remained closed Tuesday morning after an overnight crash brought down a utility pole and left electrical wires across the roadway in Middle Township.
According to the New Jersey Department of Transportation, all lanes of Route 9 were closed in both directions south of Main Street as of 9:32 a.m. because of the downed pole.
